First I started with a Competitive Analysis on PayPal, Payoneer, TrueMoney, Rabbit Line Pay, UnionPay, and WeChatPay to find out their pain points. These were service, contact ability, data input, and limitations due to regions. I found out about this by using SWOT and marketing Profiles. I created user stories to pinpoint human needs. I adhere to the User-Centered Design Process.
